AGI Open Identity

Founded in 1948, the Alliance Graphique Internationale is an elite club comprising the world’s leading graphic designers and illustrators.

Every year a different city is given the honour of organising and hosting the week-long AGI Congress. The first couple of days are reserved exclusively for its members. After the members’ congress, doors open to the public – largely professional designers and students of the creative arts – in the form of AGI Open.

As President of AGI UK the role of organising the conference fell to Spin’s Tony Brook when the conference came to London in 2013.

Held at the Barbican, one of the leading and largest spaces for the arts in London, AGI Open London sold out its 2,000-seat hall and has helped to establish AGI Open as the foremost design and education conference on the international calendar.
