MUBI

A global streaming service, production company, publisher and distributor, MUBI is primarily known for showing distinctive films by emerging and established filmmakers.

Our work for MUBI has involved the restructuring and modernising of their logo and the addition of the typeface LL Riforma as part of a flexible information system. The expansive use of colour also plays a crucial role, allowing the identity to express distinctive moods and attitudes. The core identity was extended to sub-brands MUBI Go, Match Factory and MUBI Podcast.

We physically built and filmed the ‘ident’ that precedes all MUBI films here in the studio and have designed a number of posters and campaigns for MUBI film releases and brand campaigns, often featuring the development of bespoke lettering.
